Outcome Evaluation and Monitoring (MindEd)
This session is aimed at more experienced/specialist users and explores why routine outcome monitoring is a core component of the Children and Young People's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme from a leadership perspective. In addition to its role in assessment and treatment monitoring, routine outcome monitoring provides Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service leaders with vital management information. Routine outcome monitoring enables you to track referral patterns through your service and supports capacity planning. The session summarises key information about the routine outcome monitoring dataset that Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service leaders need to know.
