About content licensed with 'All Rights Reserved'
'All Rights Reserved means standard UK copyright applies as set out in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
While the eLearning Repository is committed to sharing learning objects, not all material is available under a Creative Commons licence. If content is listed as 'All Rights Reserved' please contact the owner to enquire about terms of reuse.
This doesn't necessarily mean the content is not available for reuse, just that other steps may be necessary/specified by the copyright holder.
You can find an example email permission form in the Strategic Content Alliance intellectual property rights toolkit:
Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
If you believe that work in the repository (either yours or those added by others) is being shared in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or intellectual property rights violations, please contact us and we will investigate.
