This session is aimed at more experienced/specialist users and explores the key elements of 'service improvement'. The use of process mapping as a solution-focused approach to improvements in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services is described. Some collaborative strategies for service user participation in agreeing 'shared purpose' and setting goals for service improvement are described.
